Unlike conventional LCD displays for IT, all NEC MDview displays are equipped with a 12-bit Look-Up Table, making it possible to display a wider range of calibrated grey tones.
Combined with a suitable graphics controller, the system provides DICOM compliant viewing quality for precise, fast and accurate secondary diagnostic viewing.
Ideally suited for use within PACS or webPACS as a secondary diagnostic or review workstation in A&E, orthopaedics, ICU, clinics, wards and theatre. Equally suited for viewing images from a range of imaging modalities including CT, MRI, NM and CR/DR.
