Munich, 29th January 2008 - NEC Display Solutions is offering an attractively priced and future-proof mainstream-level solution for companies and local government in the form of two new models based on the successful MultiSync® 5-Series. The 19-inch NEC MultiSync®LCD195NX and the NEC MultiSync® LCD225WNX in 22-inch 16:10 wide format come with a number of high-quality features. These include digital and analogue connectors, height adjustment up to 110 mm, landscape or portrait mode, and NTAA (Non-Touch-Auto-Adjustment) function as well as integrated loudspeakers and headphone socket.
They are therefore ideally suited for all standard office applications with increasing multimedia requirements. A response time of 5 ms (black-white), the 1000:1 contrast ratio, a brightness intensity of 300 cd/m2 and a high viewing angle of 176 degrees at a contrast ratio of 5:1 provide outstanding picture quality at the native resolution of 1,680 x 1,050 and 1,280 x 1,024 pixels respectively.

Availability and warranty
The NEC MulitSync® LCD195NX and NEC MultiSync® LCD225WNX will be available from the end of January 2008 with silver front bezel and white case or all in black. NEC Display Solutions Europe provides a three-year warranty, which also includes the backlight.
